Constructs a new ConfigurationException with null as its detail message. The cause is not initialized, and may subsequently be initialized by a call to Throwable.initCause(java.lang.Throwable).

ConfigurationException

Constructs a new ConfigurationException with the specified detail message. The cause is not initialized, and may subsequently be initialized by a call to Throwable.initCause(java.lang.Throwable).

Parameters:

message - the detail message. The detail message is saved for later retrieval by the Throwable.getMessage() method.

This constructor is useful for exceptions that are little more than wrappers for other throwables (for example, PrivilegedActionException).
